I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy- whether for the first time or at a new point in your life- can feel vulnerable. My hope is to offer a space that feels like a safe landing, where you can slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
My approach to therapy is deeply relational and collaborative, grounded in the belief that all people have the capacity for growth and healing. I value building therapeutic relationships where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood.
