  • I am not currently paneled with insurance providers; however, I can provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for graduate students pursuing a career in social work (or related fields), as well as associate/pre-licensed therapists. I believe in the importance of clinicians being able to prioritize their mental health while supporting others in doing the same, and feel passionate about making this more accessible.

  • I offer therapy both via Telehealth and in person in Newton, MA.

  • Prior to scheduling an intake session, I offer a complimentary 15-minute “get to know you” phone call to assess goodness of fit. During this call, we’ll discuss what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

    Following our initial phone call, we’ll schedule an intake session, which provides an opportunity to explore your concerns more deeply and begin building a strong foundation for ongoing therapeutic work.

  • Clients often describe me as warm, patient, and compassionate. I also pride myself on offering direct support and thoughtful feedback when needed. When appropriate, I enjoy bringing humor into sessions and sharing a laugh during lighter moments.
